What is Prohibited to a Policeman, is Allowed to a Cossack: Krasnodar Governor

Russian Krasnodar Governor Aleksandr Tkachov announced that, hereinafter Cossack volunteer detachments will struggle against migration of Caucasians to Krasnodar region, reports Lenta.ru.
At the board meeting of Krasnodar of Ministry of Internal Affairs Tkachov stated that, “Because of Caucasians Russians are restless, our region is the next.”
Thus, from September 1 together with the Police (and with their head) will patrol 2500 Cossacks. For that purpose annually 650 million rubles will be allotted from state budget. Cossacks will receive 20-25 thousand rubles monthly for patrol.
Tkachov, explaining his step, stated that the policemen accompanied with Cossacks will feel safe. “What is prohibited to a policeman is allowed to a Cossack. This can be on social and ideological level. Thus, I’m sure we don’t have any way out, we will force them out and confirm order”, stated the Governor.
