How much Should they Drink in Russia?

In the first half of 2012 use of alcohol increased by 2.2% in Russia, reaching to 64.4 Million decaliters of absolute alcohol.
This reports BBC Russia, adverting to RF national alcohol policy working center. Accordingly, in the first half of this year 79.1 million decaliters of vodka and other alcohol production has been sold, which is 3.6% more as compared to the same period of last year.
Parallel, sell of weak alcoholic beverage decreased by 0.8%.
