A criminal case has been initiated concerning the very fact, according to the 1st section of Article 228 of RF Criminal Code ( illegal possession, storage, transportation, preparation and processing of drugs and Psychotropic drugs). 51-year-old Kamo Safaryan, who was born in Georgia, started his criminal "career" in Tbilisi, being sentenced to prison for robbery at the age of 18. His convictions were mostly for robbery, disorders and drug usage. According to the spread information, Kamo Safarian had a criminal impact on the gang, the members of which are involved in the drug supply and sales in the territory of Moscow.
