How Much Water does our Organism Need?

Nutrition experts say that our organism needs 30 ml water for each kg, i.e. if your weight is 70 kg then your daily norms should be a little more than 2 liters . Tea, soup, orange and even beer are not even taken into account because these don’t satisfy the organism and don’t complete the lack of the water. Due to drinking a cup of water before eating you eat less, since water temporarily creates a feeling of satisfaction and it seems that you’ve eaten enough. Note, that people sometimes interpret their fatness as a result of drinking a lot of water. But water itself doesn’t contain any calories; it only contributes to the metabolism and digestion.
